A business is different from work. An owner has to do smart work to survive while worker can work mechanically and survive. An owner has to keep making offers to run his business while the worker does only tasks. These are the reasons why a successful owner makes more money than an employee. Further a owner can make losses also but worker gets fixed wage which is seen as better by many. Most businesses do not survive for long as the owner can not raise enough capital.
